add videos from hackathon and other training events

The May Hackathon Videos are quite popular but hard to find.

Working on a few updates:

• [x] replace "video recording" with icon
• [x] add more videos
• [ ] add link on home page to YouTube or Aggie Video channel
• [x] add image and blurb about videos to slide show
