okay, the PR is ready for review.

I've added a "Human Microbiome Use Case" that incude a CFDE portal search and CAVATICA import via DRS id

I remove all old lessons from the table of contents so they are no easily discoverable. In case links point to these link, I added a comment to all the old lessons about them being outdated.
