might merge https://github.com/nih-cfde/update-content-registry/pull/33 instead. same markdown content but generated with a slightly different approach and reformatted for consistency across pages. see also #16

That seems fine to me though it would be good to try and retain the relevant id resolution script since we or the portal may expand coverage in the future.
