Extend the pipeline to be openneuro upload ready

From @jstout211 - "Currently, the pipeline outputs a functional bids dataset but doesn't anonymize or generate useful modality agnostic files. It'd be nice add these features to make the output instantly share-able."

Task to do -

• [x] Anonymize the MEG data that's output by the current pipeline.
• [ ] Generate a dataset_description file with information relevant to the study. Perhaps have a script that prompts users to fill out each of the fields?
• [ ] a participants.tsv/json file accounting for all the participants in the dataset, their sex and age at a minimum.
