Use the sparc.client to retrieve a scaffold or scaffold description. With the scaffold or scaffold description file convert it to commonly used mesh format (e.g. VTK), reusing packages that are part of the mapping tools codebase.
Given an MBF Segmentation export to a commonly used mesh format (e.g. VTK).
Analyse a given segmentation data file for suitability to use in the mapping tools fitting workflow.

Hi @hsorby, any plans to fix missing cmlibs.zinc library on PyPI?

@hsorby @athril why is this PR breaking the CI when merged to master and not here? I have rebased my PR from master and now my current PR's CI is broken because of this commit to master. How should I proceed? Any suggestions? :-) Thx for the feedback

@pcrespov @athril - #18 has reverted this PR so that should remove the block due to the lack of a cmlibs package for linux. We will look to put this one back in once that is resolved.
