Limiting to 10 million can cause problems in some currency #3

If you take Indonesian currency, 10 million is actually not a lot of money. I do not see the rationale behind limiting it to 10 million. The unit is not even specified as USD.

This makes it unusable for people from countries where from USD to that currency rate value is quite high, for example: Indonesia

Team's Response

Thank you for your report. The team appreciates your valuable feedback to accommodate for different currencies. The team would take note and make plans of it for the future. However, given that we are in Singapore, the program is designed for that.

Items for the Tester to Verify

 Issue response

Team chose [response.NotInScope]

Reason for disagreement: I think this is not NotInScope because the fixing of the bug is necessary to make the app reasonably usable for many many people.

## Issue severity Team chose [`severity.Low`] Originally [`severity.High`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** Maybe Medium severity is also okay. This bug is going to affect many many people; think about all the people from different countries where from USD to that currency rate value is quite high, for example: Indonesia.
