No command to edit a Goal #4

People's goal change all the time. Current method does not let me update the goal amount. This only allows me delete.

Okay deleting and adding the goal again is not a solution. Since after deleting a goal, all the added "in" incomes' goal are changed to "uncategorised".

Thank you for your feedback. We will consider this feature in the future, however as of now, this was not part of the user stories, therefore the edit goal feature was not created.

## :question: Issue severity Team chose [`severity.Low`] Originally [`severity.Medium`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** As I mentioned the reasons with my issue, I think this is going to affect many users; you simply cannot edit a goal, if you try delete+add, all the added `income` that had that goal assigned, will have goal changed to 'uncategorised'. Now I will need to edit all the `income` s manually again, to set their goal!
