  1. You seem to have answered all the questions. For most parts, you made me realize what I myself did wrong. However, I question the decision to calculate ppsqm as cleaned_df["ppsqm"] = cleaned_df["listPrice"] / cleaned_df["livingArea"]. Should it not be the sold price? In general, I think you did a good job. You highlighted very interesting parts of the data set and you correctly characterized the election data. Well done!

  1. This is supposed to be a report, write more text than just a bare minimum.
  2. For the final plot, you have not drawn a conclusion, just made an observation. We could be tempted to draw the conclusion that not smoking increases risk of stroke, but does that make sense? If not, how can you adjust your plot to better illustrate this?
