DS needs an accessibility statement and discussion of the level of accessibility it achieves.

Statement could form a template for other sites using the DS. Shaw Trust could assist.

It could provide a starting point but needs modification. There's no central NIHR office so services like phoning for a BSL interpreter would need to come out etc.
