NIHR logo looks blured, need re-uploading. #66

Ideally we use SVG version.

You mean the one hosted on nihr.ac.uk? We're waiting for https://nihr-web.atlassian.net/browse/DS-84 to be fixed before we can improve imagery here in the repo.

Also, increase Logo height to 48px to match height of Search Input field.
