Include DPED model #8

Hi, can you please also include the DPED model for noisy smartphone images. Thanks!

DPED model is specificly trained for images taken by iPhone3GS, which is for NTIRE challenge task. It is not suitable for general smartphone images. The result will be very bad on images taken by other phones.
