Invalid Gpu Device with Nvidia Tesla #110

returns invalid gpu device when specifying tesla gpu id's qqqq

https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/tesla-k80.c2616 Tesla K80 supports vulkan, so try re-installing your graphics driver, make sure all the driver components are installed properly, especially opengl.

I have tried everything i can, nothing seems to change the outcome

i do not mind allowing remote access to my server if needed

another bit of info if it helps, waifu2x-caffe does allow me to specify and use gpu id's with the tesla k80
