Flathub can automatically build and host new releases for waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan. I can offer to maintain it if preferred.

A question? Two of the runtimes that this flatpak uses are at end of life? Would their be any means to update?

@duvjones Assuming the code is in a good enough state to not need patching to be compatible with newer compiler versions, it should be as simple as changing a line or two in the flatpak-builder manifest.
