Adds some documentation explaining the purpose and how to use the ConventionInvalidatePlugin.

@niieani You seem to have some very handy functionality here, but it took a little bit of digging to figure things out! ConventionInvalidatePlugin was just what I needed, thanks, but I feel like it was only good luck that I found it - a bit more documentation would be great, so I've added some for this plugin.

I have no idea what everything else in here does otherwise I'd help out with more!

I did it kinda to scratch my own itch, so I know this lacks docs. Didn't have time to deal with it yet. I'm glad you found it helpful!
