Hilites Back Ground coloring isn't include in the print #647

I am using smartgwt 2.5 on google chrome browser on ubuntu platform. while I am 
using the print preview on list gri, i found out that the Back Ground coloring 
of Hilites isn't included in the print but it is available in Print Preview

This is by design, as most background colors are illegible when printed in B&W.
