Toast is cool, but every other app in this world sends notification to the user, and clicking on it opens the file (pic in our case). We need the same behaviour here.

Notification on download status / export / import status
Retry icon incase of failure
Describe alternatives you've considered
Use of workmanager to download files for sure, if not immediate, but for sure sometime (umm.. actually, it's overkill)
