This issue is to track progress on making sure Rex can be used and is available on all major package managers and can work on all JS Runtimes.
Overview
One of the major goals of the Rex CLI tool is to work on all major JavaScript runtimes and to be able to handle packages for all major package managers without hassle to enable easy management of projects for different users. This issue is dedicated to ensuring that happens by proposing that Rex works on all major package managers and runtimes given.
As of now, Rex was developed with Deno, so the tool works easily with Deno.
Proposed Solution
The rex cli tool working on all major runtimes and compatible with all major JS Package Managers (listed in the goals below).
Goals
For each item listed here, the project must satisfy the following
Runtimes:
Must be able to run smoothly on runtime
Can perform tasks and actions with given runtime
Package Managers:
Can be installed by given package manager
Can perform functions and actions with package manager
