Could you provide a way to specify a default registry url with the docker run command?

Thanks for your feedback! I had a similar idea myself, but didn't have much time to implement it. I think there is a quick fix so please give me a few days and I will return with updated information.

You may implement it by variable.

I tried to use variable DEFAULT_ETCD_CLIENT, but it didn't work for me
