Need to import Tellurium project to NetBeans #20

IntelliJ is not free and eclipse groovy plugin sucks. Seems Netbeans is the
only choice for most users to using Tellurium if they want to touch the
source code. We need to import our project to Netbeans and get it
running, then we can write a wiki page on how to setup Netbeans project for
Tellurium and how to debug Tellurium code.

Jian,

Since I am already working on NetBeans, I can take this task and checked-in my
NetBeans project setting.

Quan,

Would you mind creating a wiki page to describe how to check out, configure,
and run
Tellurium project using Netbeans and any tips. If necessary, you can capture
some
screen shots and upload them to tellurium-users files directory, then link them
to
your wiki page. Later on, I will create a wiki page for all installations and
will
link to your wiki page.

Thanks,

Jian
