Configure IntelliJ to properly load one maven sub-project and not look for an IntelliJ project dependency #46

1. Open an individual sub-project in IntelliJ. 

Expect to be able to work in single project.
Instead, IntelliJ will show that the project is dependent on a missing
"core" project.

This is not a maven issue per-se. IntelliJ needs to be "intelli" enough to
not look for projects that don't exist. Gotta figure out how to configure
it to work.
