Add maven build for the TrUMP project #83

I added the ant build script for TrUMP. We only have
pom in the firefox-plugin directory and do not have the
maven build support for the TrUMP itself yet. Need to add that 
so that we can build and publish the artifact to Maven repo.

We use the firefox-plugin as the project instead of TrUMP directory itself.
