Add xpath builder for the UI Tree in TrUMP #88

The UI module is presented as a Tree in TrUMP. We need to be able to build
xpath based on clocator in the UI object so that we can check if the xpath
 is valid in the current DOM. This is essential for the TrUMP "validate"
function.
