Fixes for Xalan 2.7.1 #12

Compiling Cakupan with Xalan 2.7.1, I had some problems with a missing method 
ExpressionLocation.truncateURI.  It is a straightforward method, and I 
re-implemented it for compatibility.  With this change, Cakupan works perfectly 
with Xalan 2.7.1.
