IE 9 compatibilty mode show IE 7 in the resulted XML #344

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.change IE 9 setting to compatibilty mode
2.run jsTestDriver to run the tests.
3. it will generate results in xml formate

in the XML files for IE 9 run in compatibilty mode it should report so, but 
rather it is showing as if the tests were run in IE7. I want it to show the 
difference between tests rung in IE7 and IE9 compatibility mode.
