Fit replaces typographic quote by straight ones #32

fit.Parser replaces quotes, which may break tests involving text with "smart" 
(i.e. typographic) quotes.

For backward compatibility, introduce a system property 

fit.keepSmartQuotes

When this is set to true, smart quotes will be unescaped from HTML, but not 
replaced by straight quotes.

The default value is false.
