Typescript declarations #257

Is there any declarations for belle lib or plans to do it, if there are no?

Hi @mkusher, I'm not aware of any. Since I'm not using TypeScript I'm not going to focus in TypeScript declarations anytime soon, but would be super happy about a PullRequest that adds some.

@mkusher I'm happy to pair program with you on adding them. I'm on vacation this week, but next week would be great.
