Allow use with exception_notification gem v4.1.0 #10

Thanks for the pull request! There is actually a separate rails4.1 branch where I was maintaining dependency on newer rails/exception_notification versions. Now that exception_notification 4.1.0 was finally released I was able to update that and merge it into master. I just pushed a new version 0.2.1 of this gem which also includes the change in your pull request. Try and see if that works for you.
