Expose UIBinder #285

According to a post to the GWT group, the UIBinder mentioned in a talk at
Google I/O has yet to be exposed because some work remains to be done to
generalize it for widespread use.

This would be really useful functionality to have, so I thought it would be
good to have an issue that people can star so they're notified when the
functionality is exposed.

This ticket doesn't seem to have attracted any notice.  Does someone know if 
the way
to do this would be to file the ticket with GWT rather than 
google-web-toolkit-incubator?
