pros:
-Mock anything

cons:
-Only vs premium and above
-Only vs user (no monodevelop)

Decided not to use vs fakes due to the cons above plus it must be run through 
vs test runner. Will not work when tests are run from nunit gui, testdriven.net 
plugin, etc..
