CrawlResult.ErrorOccurred and CrawlResult.ErrorMessage are never set outside of unit tests #63

CrawlResult.ErrorOccurred and CrawlResult.ErrorMessage are never set outside of 
unit tests. Either need to find situations where these should be set during the 
crawl or remove them.
