Some experimental features including:

- direct_connected_house residential/powerflow object, allowing non-triplex residential appliances etc.

- increased runtime code buffer size and NR_cycle property published.

- some bugfixes also taken care of by ticket 690

- support for meshed network switching and deadsection switching ported from the experimental branch in 2.2 (ticket 692)

- any other miscellaneous features that might be required down the track

These features aren't intended to be merged back in at any stage due to their experimental/hacky/specific nature. The branch is just so anyone interested can access the features.
