- Priority: blocker --> critical , We should not modify the tzinfo files because they conform to a standard for defining TZ info. instead we should amend the code so it inteprets the ending hour correctly., This may have already been fixed in trunk, which might explain why the --dsttest fails sometimes.,
Transition from daylight savings to standard time for US time zones occurs one hour later - e.g. from 3am to 2am instead of 2am to 1am. Suggest to amend tzinfo files. ,
