I've left the 3.0 upload in place and created a symlink called trunk that points to 3.0. I also did the same thing for the doxygen documentation.

The /trunk troubleshooting should be output to /troubleshooting/trunk and /branch/X.Y should be output to /troubleshooting/X.Y
Right now trunk is going to 3.0.
