#685 Troubleshooting guide does not link to line in source code,

The troubleshooting script either does not read the correct line number or it does not link to the correct version of the source code when following a source link in the guide. Either way, some of the references go to the wrong place in the code. See http://gridlab-d.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/gridlab-d/trunk/market/auction.cpp?view=markup#l321 for example.
