#734 Generator objects have individual static defaults, #2472

Inside the objects of the generators module, there are many objects that have their own internal static default voltages and such. Unless there's a specific reason for this, they should really link to the module-level defaults, much like residential does.

Something to ix\ if we're ever in there updating things.
