#743 branch 3.0 build / autotest is not functioning, #2481

Main branch and trunk versions should always have a successful build process in place (ticket and other tertiary branches, for now, can be manual). Currently branch 3.0 is not running the auto-build and -validate feature.

Well, 3.0 is no longer running auto build and testing, but 3.1 is, so I'd say yes, this is fixed. I thought I had closed this, but I guess not.
