Diesel DG allows an \AS\ connection, but has no method for actually connecting the split phase. As implemented now, it allows a user to incorrectly map a 3-phase balanced onto phase 1, 2, and 12 on split-phase.

Minimally, S-phase should be disallowed and the auto-test (test_diesel_dg.glm, which is using a split phase version) should be updated to more accurately reflect the solution.
