#802 --pause command is ignored in the release version of GridLAB-D, #2537

A forum post revealed that the --pause command was not working on the Linux distribution of 3.0. I confirmed this bug on my x64 Ubuntu machine. I then proceeded to test it on Windows. The command works when I operate in the debug build but not in the release build.
