It looks like the house model is still jumping over transitions. In this case, at 13:XX hours, the COOL stays on until 14:00 when the weather file forces an update. It appears to not be correctly returning its time to state change (maybe an error in the rounding when a fractional second is calculated?). Obviously, we can circumvent this by adding a recorder, but not an overall good solution.
