#835 transformer 1:1 voltage ratio causes instability in NR mode, #2563

Closed nikhilgupta10 closed 8 years ago

When using a 1:1 voltage ratio in NR mode, the solution does not converge. When switching to FBS or moving to a slightly off 1.0 turns ratio, it solves fine.

Problem occurs in NR due to transformers being primarily caught by oltage_ratio != 1\, which in a unity turns ratio, is invalid. Fixed this to be more generic.
