#865 House indoor air temperature glitch, #2591

The attached matlab script and class produce the attached plot. The error comes between noon and 1pm on the third day:

when the controller overshoots and the indoor temperature goes above 81.

The GLM and CSV input files are also attached in case you don't have matlab R2014a to run the script.,
