#875 Trunk version information inconsistent,

The version numbering and naming in the trunk code is inconsistent. It shows 3.0.0 (should be at last 3.1, I think), yet labels the name as Hatwai (which corresponds to 3.1 according to the wiki.

Specific results of gridlabd --version from a recent trunk build: GridLAB-D 3.0.0-4790 (Hatwai) 64-bit MACOSX RELEASE,
