#906 Incorrectly defined units still persist in several modules, #2632

Due to a misconception on my part on how unit definitions are parsed, there are a number of units that were ixed\ for 3.1 (see ticket 861) but are still not defined correctly. For example, house has \Btu/sf*h\ defined when it should be defined as \Btu/sf/h. It is incorrect that all units after the first / are in the denominator. As a result the UA cannot be converted to \kW/sf\ which should work.

In addition, the documentation needs to be reviewed to clarify both this issue and the general discussion of operator precedence. See Caveats on Units page.,
