#912 Fix --version so it displays the svn ticket number when the build is made off a ticket,

This will allow developers to quickly identify whether the version is trunk, branch or ticket. This was done for linux/OSX under ticket 891 in r4914. That same will have to be done for win32 and x64 build scripts.,
