#922 sync events are out of order in MYSQL, #2648

Pedram: MySQL worked perfectly for me (starting the simulation from different time of the players initial timestamp issue was resolved.) The only thing that is not a big problem is that it seems at just at the initial time step of the simulation the players can/u2019t be read.

Dave: It/u2019s possible that the sync events are out of order. We may need to do the initial query earlier than currently done. I should look into it.,
