#934 humidity copy in house_e is not calculated correctly, #2660

In house_e::sync(), the value of house_e::outdoor_rh, which is the local copy of climate::humidity is calculated as 100 times the climate value. That doesn't make sense because humidity is defined as having units % is both modules.,
