#977 Troubleshooting links to source code do not work, #2703

The link are encoded with viewvc which no longer is supported in the project. The need to be changed to use the current code browser or an alternative code browser that can reach into the version control database.

Recommend this be addressed after the move to git when the new code browser will be available.,
