#979 gldcore/gridlabd script is not being updated with m4sh file is edited, #2705

Changes to gldcore/gridlabd.m4sh do not result in gldcore/gridlabd script getting rebuilt automatically. Right now, you have to run autom4te -l m4sh gridlabd.m4sh > gridlabd.in manually in the gldcore folder.,
