#982 The -o command line option does not output GLM files anymore, #2708

The course material says that -o outputs to GLM (and warns about overwriting the input). However this features does not actually work. Instead it says that GLM is not supported. It appears only XML output is supported. GLM output is highly valuable for setting up initial conditions for multiple simulations.,
