Theoretically fixed as part of changes in changeset:1712 and changeset:1713. Watching it for a few days to verify.

FBS and NR methods appear to be working fine. Problems were mainly in NR solver and it appears to be handled. Locking issues resolved problem.

The network module is replaced by powerflow so this now applies to the powerflow module and has become critical.
